Bonny Rollender, MHA
Ms. Rollender holds a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from Duke University. She has 15 years experience in the healthcare industry in senior practice management positions with Catholic Healthcare West (CHW) and Tenet Physician Services.
During her years in medical group operations she has worked entrepreneurially to build multi-site physician groups from acquisition through operations. Ms. Rollender's position at CHW included operationalizing and directing the Arizona Center for Health and Medicine, a medical practice combining traditional and integrative medicine. Most recently Ms. Rollender works for athenahealth, inc. contributing to product development in the area of payer performance and as a Manager of knowledge management.
Lisa Glickstein, Ph.D.
Dr. Glickstein received her doctorate in Immunology from the Weill Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences of Cornell University. She has 14 years of experience in biomedical research and medical education, most recently as Assistant in Immunology at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Glickstein has authored over 16 research papers, including 13 on Lyme disease, her primary area of study. She has served as an Instructor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School. In addition, Dr. Glickstein has served as Board Chair of the non-profit support group Triplets, Moms, and More, and has taught prenatal classes for expectant parents of twins or triplets.
